Witch once more. ^^ Thursday, June 27, 2002 | 11:21 p.m. When was the last time you... Wednesday, June 26, 2002 | 01:50 p.m. Sometimes I feel like I neglect the important things in my life. But lately, I haven't felt that way. I've made up with everything I wanted to, I've given attention to the things I think need it, and I've been cleaning up and dusting off the things that make my life, mine. School really screws that up for me sometimes. It's constant academic battering sometimes keeps you from fully blooming because you know that tomarrow there will be a hundred noses sniffing the crap out of you, pushing you to your limists. Did that make any sense? I hope not. In ENGLISH, I've spent my summer so far shaping myself in to the person I am, and enjoying life. Last night my dad didn't say good night to me. I worry and wonder if it's because I've done something wrong, or if it has anything to do with the champange glass and the bottle of champange, empty, in the trash in his bathroom. I just wanted some toothpaste. So, I'm unsure as to whether I should enjoy being left alone, or worried that there's something wrong. I'm going to drive down to 90th and Center to see if the Earl May down there still has sugar gliders or not. Dan's mom said they used to, so it's worth a try. I'd really like to get some. I'll also see if they're looking to hire. I need a regular job, because although this web stuff is fun, I need money on a more regular basis. Planning on maybe dropping by Brett's tomarrow sometime in the afternoon. He seems lonely and sad, and he really needs to smile. I have a layout for this place ready, but I don't really want to use it quite yet. It's more of a fall layout anyway. LOOKIT THIS. Because I rule and I can handle 1+ journals. You can comment on stuff there. Please, go and comment on all the dumb things I say! ^^
Well, better get going, as it's almost 2 and traffic will start building up. Crap on you, Omaha. Tuesday, June 25, 2002 | 08:51 p.m. 1. Goddamnit. I hate fish. Maybe I'll sell my tank on Ebay for mad moneys. I'm thinking of getting a bird. A cockatiel
I made a cute little place on top of the plastic drawers I bought at SuperTarget last time I went shopping.
Goddamn, I need to get this next layout up. Seeeeriously.
In other news, check out what I did today.. Monday, June 24, 2002 | 01:01 p.m. I love the smoke of insence. It jumps from the tip of the stick like some released spirit from a cage. Than it twists around and creates the most delicate loops and spins. Than, as it gets higher, it slows down and seems to stop and be cupped under some hand. It floats around slowly, like a massive whale, gliding on the little air waves like it doesn't have a care in the world. Once and awhile the air currents from my subtle movements disturbs these massive smoke beasts, and they glide around me. I look again at the smoke and now it looks like birds taking flight from a fiery nest, spreading their wings as they get higher, and than soaring across my room, like giant eagles. I like how the smoke takes little shapes as it floats by, how the little loops it started from unravel and dissapear.
And Saving Silverman rolls across the TV screen, oblivious to all around it... Sunday, June 23, 2002 | 12:00 p.m. While I'm currrently feeling a little under the weather, I decided to write anyway. Maybe it'll help get my mind offa the pounding sensation in my lower back.
The water in my fish tank has turned a pale yellow. I've got to replace the water, so as not to lose another fish. My algae eater has grown so big, he's as long as my index finger which is, 3inches (7.5cm) long. I'm trying to muster up the energy to do it, but it seems like all my energy is being consumed trying to block off this awful pain.
I need to go to the store and pick up some things. The cat needs food, I need midol and conditioner.
I've been playing a lot of Diablo II with Bobby, lately. I missed that game, when I used to have it installed I got all the way to Act III, and had kick ass weapons. But now I've started again, on Battle.net. I'd like to get super-cool weapons like I had before. Who knows. Hopefully with someone else to play with, I'll beat Act III. Brett plays with us sometimes, and once and awhile James hops in as well. My user name is azhben, as is my main character's name. Whisper me if you ever want to talk or anything.
I saw my mom yesterday when I went to pick up my sister. Manipulative, and 'happy' to see me as always. She hates my hair cut, which is alright with me. She hates the fact that I got a new car, and tried to make me feel bad. It'd be nice if she would stop expecting everyone else to do everything. Saw Greg as well. He always seems like one of those people who have many different sides. Sometimes I think Mom gets on his nerves a lot. I like how he doesn't hate me and always seems genuinely happy to see me. Funny, how he asks how I'm doing and Mom doesn't seem to care.
In other news, I cleaned out the mouse cage last night. The mice are getting a hang of the ball I put them in. It's about twice the size of what you should put a mouse in, so they both fit in there. They run along side each other and roll around my room. Over all my books, papers, trash. In to a plastic bag and than in to a wall. I wonder if they understand what they're doing, or if they just run around in a blind panic.
The Pet Psychic is crazy. My sister is watching it behind me. She was talking to a pig. She told their owners to get their asses moving while moving to a new house. And why is whatever these animals recognize is ALWAYS blue. Wow. This dog seems to totally recognize her when she 'speaks' to him. I'd like to have her talk to my cat. ^^ God knows the things she's seen / been through. And the things she thinks. And if she's wrong, it'll just be entertaining, right?
Maybe I'll make something to eat as a bribe to get my dad to go the store. Or at leaast to give me funds to do it myself.
Adios. Friday, June 21, 2002 | 08:59 a.m.

4. How many times have you moved in your life? 2
5. What are your plans for this weekend? Don't think I have any. Have fun with friends and probably see my boyfriend, the usual shtuff.
Okey, phewy. So much going on and so little to say. Yesterday was my Dad's birthday, which was fun, even if it was late. Sue dropped by a suprise present for him and left a card on his windshield at work. She seems really sweet, but of course, only seeing her twice means that I haven't yet seen her truest colors. I'm keeping an open mind.
I haven't done much of my required reading for English. The book they want us to read isn't very large, but the way the story falls is confusing. Oh well, the very least I can do is go see if they have something on it at SparkNotes or something and at least try to understand the main points. The poem they want us to read is also written in a confusing way, but luckily, I got the 4th graders version (the only one Barnes&Noble had) which has little paragraphs by each verse letting you know what's going on. Plus it has big pictures. <3 pictures, but that damn thing is NOT coming to school with me. ^_^
I need to clean my room, but there's nowhere for stuff to go. I run in to this problem a lot. Not enough storage space. Freaking storage space and not being there. <^>
I wish for once Nebraska would have a stormy day. Where you can hear thunder and see lightning and it rains REALLY hard. I'm sick of all this sunshine hot assed bullshit. RAIN, RAIN, RAIN!
But than, I'd have to figure out how to work the windshield wipers first. XP
Not much going on at Suteki. If you're really fun and you're bored 90% of the time it's a nice place to go. Go visit my forum and show it some love. Than visit ALL the other forums and show them some love as well.
I've got a new layout ready to go for this. Yay! I'll change it the begining of next month, because this layout deserves it's time in the spotlight. |
